Arjun Kapoor’s fitness journey has been inspiring for many individuals. The actor further takes a step further in that direction, as he discovers Iyengar Yoga. Arjun also expressed that he has taken up Yoga to fix his lower back injuries. He shared some snaps of his yoga poses on his Instagram handle.
He also wrote, “I’ve just started a new journey, discovering Iyengar yoga. It started with wanting to sort my posture, open up my hip joint and fix my lower back injury issues. Thanks to Sarvesh Shashi, Malaika Arora and my instructor Shubham Sri, I’ve have been able start the process to realign the mind & body. Forever grateful!”
